All of these exercises will help your team have a better shot whether its a shot in movement, or a jumpshot from the paint. These exercises require a lot of patience and determination, you won't get the right shot on the first shot. Encourage your team to keep trying.

Double Pound at Ankle Height Dribble both basketballs as hard as you can at ankle height.
Double Pound at Waist Height.
Double Pound at Shoulders Height.
Double Pound Alternating.
One High/ One Low.
Double Wall Dribbling.
3 Dribble Double Crossover.
3 Dribble Through the Legs/Crossover.
These drills will help impover the players' dribbling throughout time. These exercises need to be repeated daily in order to see improvements.
